"SOS wants to show their support for our soldiers in Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. We're starting the Candles Across America Campaign. We're asking everyone to leave a candle burning (in your house with supervision of course) at night as a symbol of support.
Electric or Battery Operated Candles might be a better idea if you need to leave it unattended or have kids around.

If someone asks you why you have a candle lit, be sure to tell them it's because I support our troops!"
